I’m looking forward to the time when what we’re thinking is written
directly out by the computer, and our dreams are automatically encoded
to movies. After that, i don’t know, people get tired and resort to old
jerking off i guess. Maybe at some point we can experience how it is to
be another being – a baby, a bat. We could learn from that, but probably
we’ll abuse it for torture – forcing someone to be george w bush for a
week, etc. In the far future humans have resolved to refuse living – a
dignified gesture to the wretched earth. Time stops. Something else
happen, etc. Whatever, it’s not our concern any longer.
